These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stolen Demand website and services. Stolen Demand is operated by Shreyas Kafle as a sole proprietorship. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Stolen Demand is a digital marketing agency specializing in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising services. Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Meta ads strategy and consultation
- Ad campaign creation and management
- Audience research and targeting
- Ad creative development guidance
- Campaign performance reporting and optimization
Specific deliverables and scope of work will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients.
Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or inquiries
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- Not use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Work product created for clients in the course of providing services will be governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Client Obligations
If you engage Stolen Demand for advertising services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and timely access to your Meta advertising accounts as needed
- Comply with Meta's advertising policies and terms of service
- Pay all fees as agreed in the applicable service agreement or proposal
- Understand that advertising results are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and platform algorithm changes
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, billing frequency, and payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to service suspension
- Refund policies will be outlined in the applicable service agreement
No Guarantee of Results
Stolen Demand makes no guarantees regarding specific advertising results, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside our control. See our separate Earnings Disclaimer for further details.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stolen Demand and Shreyas Kafle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Stolen Demand in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stolen Demand and Shreyas Kafle from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination of a service engagement, any outstanding payments remain due.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta platforms is subject to Meta's own terms of service and policies.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes, claims, and controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its then-current rules. The arbitration shall take place in Arizona. The arbitrator's decision and award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. By agreeing to these Terms, each party waives any right to a trial by jury and agrees that any dispute shall be arbitrated only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action; no arbitrator may award relief on behalf of any person or entity that is not a party to the arbitration. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
